  If you are happy with the view and aesthetic... it's great. The service, below par.

  The view, the location, aesthetic finish. Clean. Responsive to calls regarding issues, but not solving them promptly.

  Where to start, the misleading information. OFFSITE pool, we were travelling with 80-year-old parents, and the 700m walk was not expected. It should be clearly stated. We said we had 6 guests, you supplied 5 beds. The second bed is a double bed, not queen as stated on site. One of the pans in the kitchen was so badly ?scoured, most of the coating was off it, you would be eating the leftover Teflon- you may as well have supplied a broken toy... it's the same thing, useless. The downstairs toilet near where the kids slept, we advised you about Thurs. Running continuously, stopping for about a minute, then ran again. 4 days!!! Wastage of water. You said there was no car parking, then offered a rate well above what we found ourselves. Upstairs hair dryer, not working. No booklet or information on site like we would have at any of our other booking.com accommodation to advise how to work blinds, TV, online info only, rules for packing up, nearby attractions.... nothing... at all.

  Nice location, difficulty booking and entry.

  Great location. Large space. Beautiful views.

  Unfortunately I had a lot of issues during the booking process and after being agreed (and paid for) a 1pm early check in , the room wasn’t actually ready until 3:30pm (30 mins after the standard check in time) so we had to wait hours with small kids. And the communication because terrible as they stopped responding on the day so I wasn’t even sure exactly what time we could check in until I got a “ready” text at 3:30. It also wasn’t spotless. There were definitely areas in the bathrooms that were not well cleaned (including the shower cap box being empty and the shower gel being used and near empty. Also there is only 1 key so it made it hard to split up and go do things. We also couldn’t get the parking card at 1pm as agreed so I had to pay for parking twice. I have also not yet got the refund for the early check in that they didn’t follow through with.

  Excellent location, easy access, well described by the management team who had excellent communication. The views were beautiful and so much lovely light through the amazing windows on both levels.

  Beautiful sunny weather in Adelaide and all the panoramic windows meant lots of heat upstairs and windows were difficult to operate to let some heat out to keep the space a comfortable temperature in the daytime. Main bedroom bed is beautiful and very comfortable, the second bedroom mattress was much less comfortable - we slept there to avoid the street noise.
