    Great location

    Close to the main strip, but very quiet.

    Parking with a medium car was tight.

    Dissappointed

    Close to shopping and tram.

    There was no light in the bedroom. A $250 security deposit was taken 4 times for our 1 week stay. Each overlapping the other. At one stage $750 was pending. The outdoor area was shady . Barbecue rusty. The whole place smelt musty.

    Nice and comfortable with good facilities. Well positioned for a walk down Jetty Rd shopping and beach. Good choice of restaurants. Communication with agent excellence. Great outdoor area to use with BBQ. Laundry facilities good. Very secure and quiet area.

    Discovered that the air-conditioning filter needed to be cleaned as it wasn't functioning well. Gas heater not working properly and kept turning off. 2 bathrooms but both showers are difficult to use as you had to climb over the bath to stand under shower. Not good for a disabled person. Should be one bathroom with a walk in shower. Suggestion to provide more linen when staying a week.
