Guests enjoy early lunch & activities until final disembarkation. Round-trip shuttle bus transportation from & to Hanoi Old Quarter; Airport transfer service are available at the additional charge. Please inform our cruise office in advance of your hotel location or flight details for arrangement. Guests must provide the passport information of all members at least 02 days before arrival: Full name - Gender - Nationality - Date of birth - Passport number - Arrival date in Vietnam (or Visa expiration date). Booking's name and credit card's name need to be same. An additional charge will be applied for extra person, room upgrade, beverages and other requests (late boarding, early disembarkation,...) There will be a mandatory surcharge for December 24th (Christmas's Eve), December 31st (New Year Eve) and Tet Holiday (Lunar New Year). Wi-Fi is available on board but the signal is weak and unstable due to geographic issues. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
