    Friendly, convenient, clean, and comfortable.

    Vladimir met me at the door, provided an off-street parking space, and showed me around. He even walked me down the street to the bus stop and showed me more effective ways to get around London. The room was quiet and very clean. Tea, coffee, and water bottles were available in the room. The beds were super comfortable, and the price was fantastic. The location has convenient access to both bus and train stations (about a 4-5 minute walk). I got to downtown London by train in about 20 minutes with no driving stress. And I got to Heathrow Airport in about 10-15 minutes by bus. I didn’t even need the car!

    I don’t have any suggestions for improvement.
