    Overall, it’s a decent resort with a good variety of food and plenty of facilities. The bartenders were particularly friendly and pleasant, and the overall stay was fine — nothing extraordinary, but generally comfortable.

    Some aspects of the service could be much better, particularly the rather condescending attitude I experienced from some Russian-speaking staff. The restaurant also had an unpleasant “canteen” smell near the entrance, which didn’t exactly help the appetite. More importantly, there were maintenance issues in both rooms: poor drainage in my mother’s room and a loose overhead shower in mine. During the night I also repeatedly heard scratching noises coming from somewhere around the ventilation, which seriously affected my sleep. For a hotel of this level, I would expect room maintenance and, above all, guests’ quality of sleep to receive much more attention.

    Прекрасный отель турецкого владельца во Вьетнаме! 3 дня отдыха были супер

    Все понравилось! Прекрасный номер, питание выше всяких похвал, приличный СПА, вечерние танцевальные шоу вообще требуют отдельных аплодисментов!!!

    На мой взгляд необходим бар на пляже
