    Location

    No contact with any human ! Stayed for 2 nights and room not serviced but paying over £330 pints for room only I would have at least the the tea / coffee tray could have been refreshed . No to ask as no one about . Check in code was emailed to me on day of arrival but didn’t need as door wide open so question the security

    Great location and value for money

    Location and value for money and very comfortable bed

    Lack of USB sockets as is the modern way now a days. Front patio style doors need some repair as don’t close or lock particularly well

    Not the best of experience, not all the hotel fault, all dealt with someway in the end.

    Comfy bed, warm room.

    I booked the night before my stay. Due to an issue on booking.com hotel never received the money for this, they decided to call me telling me I had to pay over the phone their and then or call booking. Com to sort or my booking would be cancelled in less than 2 half hours. Rudeness by the staff in phone, trying to get me to book Iver phone when I said no numerous times. Thankfully got sorted in the end, and paid via a link and stayed. However, when I arrived, after a long day travelling, I had no working shower. The emergency out of hours line, no one answered. Luckily I called the duty manager, think she was called Helen, can't fault her. What a lovely woman. She gave me a key code to another room to use that shower as room was free. Not the most ideal situation but least got a shower. And she gave me a partial refund.
