    Good location

    I liked the location, there were things to do around the area. Plenty food options and a cinema in the area

    I asked for a double/king-size bed but instead I got a twin room with the beds pushed together wish wasn't what I asked for, which was a double room! .

    Brilliant,would definitely be returning.

    The location was excellent, the staff were so friendly,we couldn't fault it at all,we also had the breakfast and i have to say it was brilliant a great selection would definitely recommend.

    Poor.

    Room was clean.

    Paid for a Bed and Breakfast rate. When I arrived for breakfast at 08:45am, I was informed there were no eggs (they had evidently run out) and there was no coffee as the machine was broken. Coffee and Eggs are the very basic expected with breakfast and not to have them available for guests is unacceptable. The staff could not have been less bothered. No apology given, just grumpily stated as fact that these items are not available.
