Fantastica permanenza!!
L’esperienza presso l’appartamento di Alfredo è stata splendida. L’appartamento offre tutti i comfort necessari, con un arredamento ricercato, originale e mai banale e un’atmosfera calda e accogliente. L’host è stato sempre molto disponibile e gentile, aiutandomi anche a risolvere alcune piccole problematiche legate ai trasporti successivi alla mia prenotazione. La posizione è ottima: l’appartamento è ben collegato e permette di raggiungere facilmente il centro, pur trovandosi lontano dal caos delle zone più turistiche e rinomate di Roma. Un vero plus è la splendida terrazza, perfetta soprattutto durante l’estate per godersi un po’ di refrigerio nelle calde serate romane. Il letto era comodissimo e ho apprezzato particolarmente la cura nell’arredamento e nei dettagli. Sicuramente un appartamento che consiglio a chi vuole vivere Roma a due passi dal centro, in un ambiente tranquillo, originale e accogliente. A presto, Alfredo!

Appartamento davvero ben decorato e pulitissimo in pieno centro a roma.. terrazza privata fantastica con vista su roma e quartiere sicuro e centrale pieno di localini e ristoranti..host reattivo e disponibile specialmente durante il soggiorno..appartamento pulito e rinnovato da poco con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno..aria condizionata che funziona molto bene e letto comodo..consiglio assolutamente questo bellissimo attico e spero di poterci tornare presto.
Niente da segnalare, tutto perfetto.

Came back a second time
We came back the very next day — that says it all. The host arranged everything within an hour, no fuss, and the flat was immaculate again on arrival. Second time around you notice the small details even more: the storage, the light, how quiet it is at night. We'd happily make it three stays.

Nicht zu empfehlen!
Terrasse toll. Apartment ruhig. Matratzen bequem. Tolle Restaurants in der Nähe (Bandana Republic zu empfehlen!)
* Bei Ankunft waren bei fast 40 Grad Außentemperatur Fenster geöffnet und die Klimaanlage ausgeschaltet * Tourismussteuer muss bar bezahlt werden. Ist auch ok. Da der Vermieter bei Ankunft persönlich nicht vor Ort war kündigte er an, er käme vorbei, wir sollten das Geld auf dem Tisch liegen lassen. Geht gar nicht! Das passierte dann erst einen Tag vor Abreise während unserer Abwesenheit. Wieso kam er nicht bei Anreise oder direkt am Abreisetag? Die Klimaanlage hatte er dann einfach um 5 Grad erhöht und es war sofort viel zu warm zum schlafen. Der rostige Stuhl auf der Terrasse wurde wieder an seinen Platz gestellt * Kein Wäscheständer oder Möglichkeit seine Wäsche aufzuhängen * Terrasse schmutzig * komplette Einrichtung uralt, nicht gepflegt * Decke oben so niedrig, dass man gebückt gehen muss * nur oben Möglichkeit, Kleidung aufzuhängen daher 1 Woche aus dem Koffer gelebt * Alle anderen Schubladen oder Schränke waren vollgestopft mit irgendwelchen Dingen * Der Boden oben macht einen Höllenlärm beim Gehen, so dass der Partner definitiv nicht mehr schläft anschließend
