    Ok but previous reviews aren’t reality.

    Didn’t see the resident & it was near to the location that I wanted to be at.

    Very rude property owner. Obsessed with being quiet around the house with a load of instructions to follow on arrival, however, they were noisy right up until 2230 & through the night when they went to the toilet every 2-3 hours and flushed the chain on the toilet right next to the guest bedroom. Felt it was contradictory of them from their gust instructions. The house had wooden floors too which naturally creek so it is difficult to be quiet. Bedroom was nice, bed was ok. Had water and a small kettle for to make tea & coffee. Bathroom had hair on the shower/batch and floor.

    Very accurate name

    I had a great sleep at this place. The room is incredibly cozy, warm, clean, with all the needs & more, and anytime I had a doubt or request, I’d be answered in seconds. The location is perfect and inside a very nice neighbourhood, and it’s really, really close to Penny Lane. There are bus stops nearby to get a quick connection to Liverpool’s centre, and it’s also pretty close to other places of interest if you like The Beatles. The cat living a few houses away was the cherry on top.

    I cannot think of an example of anything that didn’t meet my needs. The accomodation was already ranked as “Exceptional”, but it still went above my expectations.
