    The apartment was not like it was advertised on booking.com, The apartment smells really bad, the whole place was filty, bedsheets were stained, extra pillow and linen were ripped, Only one side of the wardrobe open, the other side open slightly and was full of stuff, draws were full children clothes, another was full with pencils colours, and the other drawer had Christmas decoration in it, very limited of cutely, cup, plates, bathroom filty dirty, rooftop garden filty, any garden furniture outside was broken, cat poo, cigarette buts in the plants, in the BBQ the racks were broken and rusty, the whole place was unlivable, i got in touch with the owner explain the whole situation and explained we couldn't stay there we were checking out, i also sent photos and videos of the apartment, she appoliged and agreed to refund for there days, i tried to cancel it on booking.com but denied me from doing it after she agreed a refund for the three remaining days we were supposed to stay but it was impossible to do so, instead she accused us leaving the place in a state, we left the apartment exactly as it was when we arrived, she went back on her word and she never paid the refund. I would highly recommend no one should book this apartment!!!!! It's disgusting. Jacinta.
