Great location, charming & friendly staff

Great location in Malang and a beautiful, clean, and comfortable place. We could walk to everything we wanted. The laundry service was great. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast and meals aren't served, but they happily lent us cutlery and plates. There's a great pastry place right next door, and lots of good spots around for lunch or dinner.

It can get quite noisy when people are in the fountain area, as the noise echoes.

Breakfast was not included (and not available?). Location is good, in the good area of the city (but a bit far from the railway station, the becak driver had problems finding the hotel when I arrived). Super helpful receptionist

All was very fine - impressive atrium architecture
