We were pleased with our stay at this guesthouse in the city of São Tomé. Its location is ideal—very close to the city center and within a few minutes' walk. The rooms were well-equipped, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, opting instead for nearby cafés, which was a pleasant experience. It is also an ideal spot for evening outings to local restaurants. Free parking is available on the premises.

Las instalaciones son bonitas, y, aunque las habitaciones no son grandes ( y la nuestra en particular no tenía separación física entre la habitación y el baño, más allá de un pasillo en el que se ubicaba el armario y un escritorio) hay que destacar la limpieza de las sábanas, toallas y del baño. Sólo habría que mejorar la pintura en la zona del aire acondicionado. La ubicación resulta muy cómoda, el escrupuloso cuidado de la limpieza se agradece especialmente y la zona de las terrazas resulta muy agradable.
El desayuno, que no se incluye en la estancia ( y que decidimos no probar en el alojamiento) me parece desproporcionado tanto en relación al precio de la habitación, como en relación a los precios locales. En el mismo sentido, el servicio de transfer del aeropuerto ( que está bastante cerca) también me parece excesivo, sin que del mismo modo guarde relación con el precio de los taxis en la ciudad.
