  We loved our stay here.

  Good location, near main attractions but quieter than some areas. Lovely rooftops view from full length opening windows. Good layout of rooms, modern kitchen and bathroom, enough furniture and comfy beds.

  Kitchen equipment adequate rather than generous. Others have mentioned the stairs up to the apartment - we found these fine (and worth it for the views and quietness) - but would be hard work for some people, so worth taking into account.

  Location is great !

  - They never mentioned how many stairs there are to climb to get to the apartment. That’s a really important factor when deciding whether or not to rent it. - The shower and sink drain were clogged throughout our entire stay. - The kitchenware is incomplete. - The staff takes a long time to respond to requests. - There’s a gap in the kitchen where dirt falls through. - The price doesn’t match the quality of the service.

  Good location.

  Location worked for us. Central. However, be mindful of that you are at the bottom of the hill!

  The apartment was a bit dark. The sofa had a mark on it. We couldn’t find the bedding for my son. I had messaged ahead but it wasn’t out when we go there so we didn’t look for it. The bathroom water as cold. HOWEVER, theists were available each time I called. Was very apologetic and She refunded some of the money. The apartment was clean. The appliances were all there. So overall. It was a nice apartment. But I have marked down because of the sofa, as my son slept on there. And the water. I doubt this happens very often and the wiener had a plumber arranged immediately. We only stayed for one day. And the hosts were lovely.

  Wspaniały pobyt w pięknej Florencji.

  Trzypokojowe mieszkanie w bardzo dobrej, spokojnej lokalizacji, z ładnym widokiem na miasto i okoliczne budynki. Trzeba wziąć pod uwagę wysokie piętro (koło 4 = 80 schodów) bez windy. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, żelazko i niezbędne kosmetyki w łazience.

  Konieczność wyniesienia śmieci na koniec pobytu do śmietników, które były zlokalizowane ok. 400 m od mieszkania, a zainstalowana aplikacja potrzebna do ich otworzenia nie zadziałała. Trochę przestarzała część mebli.

  Well located spacious modern comfortable appartment.

  Well located spacious modern apartment in old town, responsive hosts, new A/C throughout bathroom and kitchen.. Everything works.

  Minor things; which most of the reviews have already picked up. we would still recommend and stay again. There was an odor coming from the bathroom (bidet?) unless the window was open. One of the power points trips the circuit if you use it in the living room. The shower was hard to stop water pooling on the floor due to design; need to cycle through bath mats. The stairs were a workout to carry bags up and down (4th floor), no gym required if you stay here.
