A great location for a stay in Florence to see all the sights.

The apartment is on a large square in Santo Spirito, a really good market was held on Sunday in the square, there are many bars and restaurants in the square. It takes about 7 mins to walk to Ponte Vecchio, the apartment is quiet and has lovely views from every window.

There are 75 steps to get to this top 4th floor apartment, there is no lift, so you need to be fit to climb these steps several times a day. The settee is a bed settee and has a horrible stains on it. The additional cushions looked dirty.

Everything is perfect in this apartment. It is beautiful, spacious and cozy. The location is super great and you can walk to anywhere in Florence.

Sometimes the management team replied to messages slowly, but it is not a big issue.

Excellent location in the heart of Santo Spirito, one of the best neighbourhoods in Firenze. Short walking distance to all major attractions and plenty of places to dine out close by. Apartment has all of the facilities you could need for a short-medium term stay: fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, great wifi connection, very spacious bathroom and shower!! Like most apartments in Firenze/Italy there is no elevator and this apartment is located on the fifth floor.

Nothing - it was perfect! We would stay here again.
