  Ein problemloser Aufenthalt im wunderschönen Ljubljana

  Die Lage war sehr gut. Wir reisten per Bahn an und das Quartier war fußläufig nach wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der Gastgeber war jederzeit per Mail für uns erreichbar und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Unterkunft standen sogar Pflegeprodukte, ein Fön und ein Ventilator zur Verfügung. In der Küchenzeile fanden wir Teller und Besteck und ein Sparmarkt war sehr nahe an der Unterkunft. So konnten wir gemütlich in der Unterkunft frühstücken. Nach ein paar Schritten war man mitten im Geschehen, dennoch war es in der Nacht ruhig.

  The room was located on the ground floor, with access through an inner courtyard. To reach it, guests had to walk beneath scaffolding supporting the upper part of the building, which gave us concerns about the condition of the property. The room had only one window, facing a very narrow passage with constant pedestrian traffic. Because people walked immediately outside the window, it was not practical to leave it open for ventilation or privacy. The beds had very thin, poor-quality mattresses that were uncomfortable to sleep on. In addition, the wooden slats supporting one of the mattresses repeatedly collapsed during use. When we arrived, we found rubbish in the kitchen that appeared to have been left by previous guests. The entrance area was cluttered with waste, old pieces of wood, and a bucket containing dirty mop heads, giving the impression that the area had not been properly cleaned or maintained. Inside the room, there were spiders, two cockroach traps, and visible mould in the lower corners of the walls, as well as on the semi-transparent adhesive covering the room's only window. Overall, our experience did not meet our expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, maintenance, and the overall condition of the accommodation. Based on our personal experience, we would not choose to stay at this property again and cannot recommend it to travellers looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained place to stay.

  Fast and easy communication with the owners. They were very helpful and understanding when we wanted to have a later check out. The flat was in the perfect location : quiet but still in the old town.We felt very safe, which was important for us. Thank you for the great accomasation. We well come back to enjoy more one day.

  Nice enough, but no washing machine was a showstopper for me

  Superb location, easy walking distance from the main sites. It was freshly decorated and obviously very new. Once you got past the upper storey balcony, which was held up by scaffolding, it was very nicely presented and looked great. Wifi was strong, and there were plenty of sockets.

  The reason I booked the apartment was because it advertised laundry facilities. When I arrived, there was no washing machine. I queried this and was pointed to a laundrette 25 minutes walk away. Check in instructions were clear. Last night I bought some ingredients to eat in. There were no plates. Pretty basic stuff, really.
