The apartment is lovely, the communication with staff is so unpleasant
Good location, nice view, interesting experience in living in such an old building
I had very unpleasant experience communicating with the staff when checkin. This apartment has legacy facilities— the lift, the door, it takes us some time to figure out how to use them appropriately, by ourselves, since there is no clear instructions from property owner or management team. I had trouble open the door from stairs, when I reached out to the staff, they sent me an video of different door with different locks, even though I mentioned many times the lock in video is different than the door I try to open, the staff just asked me to follow the instructions, then after I send pictures of the locks between their video and in front of me, they showed me instruction of how to insert a key to a door(kinda insulting tbh), still ignored what I mentioned about couldn’t open it even after turned it to the end. We eventually figure out we could take lift to get into the apartment then open the stairs door, by ourselves. But this checkin experience is probably the worst checkin experience I’ve ever had

המיקום מעולה והדירה מאוד חמודה ונוחה
המעלית מאוד ישנה צריך לסגור את הדלתות טוב מאוד כדי שהיא תעבוד, אין מתלים במקלחת אין איפה לתלות את המגבות, ביקשנו שיביאו לנו נייר טואלט ומגבות להחלפה בעל המקום אמר שיבוא למחרת, הוא לא הגיע היינו צריכים לקנות נייר מהכסף שלנו.

Great quality accommodation and location
Beautiful comfy big beds, huge terrace very welcome after a long day sightseeing to have a quiet drink in peace. Highly recommend! Staff very responsive! Great!

Amazing location and terrace. Air con needs improved in one bedroom and a little TLC
The location was amazing. So central with a view over from the rooftop terrace which was massive. Three separate rooms was good for us (one being a pull out in the dining room).
It was all slightly dated but fit for purpose. The kitchen could have done with more equipment overall. When we got there the rubbish from the previous people was still there which we asked them to remove which they said they would straight away but never did. The air con in one of the rooms was great but the other was rubbish.
