We stayed a week and had the best experience.
The property was great, very clean, pool and hot tub was fun. The location was great and close to everything. I recommend and will continue to recommend to people I know.
The only negative thing I can say is the beds were extremely firm.

Perfect for a family getaway!
There was plenty to do for the whole family. It was a very convenient location. Great communication with the owners.
Only 2 trash bags left for the trash can. We had 8 people so we had quite a bit of trash.

We loved the location and amenities for the kids.
Requested multiple times for a early check in prior to arriving from the time we booked up to the day of, made the request 4 different times. Called the property and the woman I spoke to all but called me a liar about those requests. Then she states we can spend $70 to check in early but it still may not be approved and if it wasnt approved we would get that money back. Needless to say we didnt get a early check in. We just felt after spending the amount of money we did to book the cabin, checking in a little early wasnt a outrageous request as we had kids who were already restless from the trip there. We waited for check in and the cabin wasnt as clean as expected considering the wait. The flooring was coming up, cobwebs in various locations, the ice maker to the fridge didnt work, and the furniture was a bit dirty, it just wasnt up to par for the price we paid and having to wait to check in, in my opinion. The lady I spoke with was quite rude, continuously cutting me off, until she informed me our hot tub wasnt working properly and we wouldn't be able to use it the first night there.i will say the tech that came out the next morning to was fabulous even tho I didn't catch her name. She had it fixed in less that 20 minutes. She also overheard us mentioning we were going to use the grill but that we would have to go buy a propane tank cause there wasnt one. She had someone bring us one wich we appreciated. Overall we had a great weekend I just believe that the amount of money we spent was significant and to be met with poor customer service and a not so clean cabin has altered our future booking decisions with this particular rental company.

Enjoyed the stay and would return.
Great overall property. Will definitely book again when we are in the area. Quick response from hosts when we did contact them. Great experience!
