Io non ho avuto probelmi, ma in fase di prenotazione bisogna informare i potenziali clienti che si tratta di camere difficilmente piani non raggiungibili da persone con disabilità o anche anziane. La mancanza di ascensore potrebbe diventare un problema. Una voltsa informate le persone, non ci sono probelmi. Per il resto tutto molto positivo.

Arezzo ist ein schönes Reiseziel und „Sweet Tuscany“ eine tolle Unterkunft.
Die Lage war hevorragend. Geschäfte, Bäckereien und das Stadtzentrum sind nur einen kurzen Fußweg entfernt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Es gab schöne Handtücher sowie Kaffeekapseln und Tee. Vom Balkon des Hauptschlafzimmers hat man eine schöne Aussicht. Unser Ansprechpartner war freundlich und hat unsere Fragen umgehend beantwortet.
Das Internet funktionierte nicht besonders gut. Das dritte Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss hat eine niedrige Decke, verfügt weder über eine Klimaanlage noch über viel Privatsphäre. Für Familien oder enge Freunde ist es in Ordnung. Wie beschrieben gibt es keinen Aufzug, sodass die Wohnung nicht barrierefrei ist – was wiederum kein Problem darstellt, sofern man keine Mobilitätseinschränkungen hat.

La casa bella c'è tutto l'occorrente! E pulitissima !
Dovrebbero specificare che le scale sono ripide , perché non tutti possono riuscire a salire , mi riferisco alle persone anziane . E l'immondizia dovrebbero portarla via chi fa le pulizie e non chi alloggia . Giusto separarla !
