    Was Ok

    Great location, close to Duomo, shops and metro stations.

    The bed is terrible. Stayed 3 nights and I had a poor sleep. Also, for the check-in you have to pay extra for “insurance”, which was never mentioned before. For the price I was expecting a better bed, I felt like I was in a guest room.
