    We have just checked into the apartment, and unfortunately we are very disappointed because it does not match the photos or description provided in the listing. There are several issues: The apartment is in a much worse condition than shown in the photos. One of the bedrooms does not have air conditioning, although this was expected based on the listing. The terrace is dirty and filled with construction materials. There is scaffolding directly outside, and construction work is taking place. This renovation was not mentioned anywhere before our arrival. These issues have significantly affected our stay and are not what we booked or expected. I have attached photos showing the current condition of the apartment. We would appreciate your prompt response and an appropriate solution or compensation for these issues. Thank you, and we look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
