    המיקום מצויין.. הדירה מרווחת ונקיה

    רכשנו לינה בדירה עם מזגן. בפועל שלושת המזגנים לא עבדו. פתיחת חלון לאוורור היתה מלווה ברעש חזק מאוד מהמערכות מיזוג של כל הבניין. למחרת אמרו שיבואו לתקן, אבל במקום זאת השאירו לנו מאוורר שלא קירר מספיק והיה לנו חם. שרות לקוחות דרך הווצאפ שאמור לתת מענה עד חצות בלילה, לא הגיב לפניות שלנו לגבי המזגן, אלא רק לאחר כמה שעות ולקראת 12 בלילה. לא שרות בכלל ובטח לא בזמן אמת.

    The apartment is spacious and in a good location, just a five-minute walk from the park and Sforza Castle. The beds are large and comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. We also had a nice view of a charming street and a church from the window.

    Unfortunately, one of the bedrooms has a very small window, which makes the room quite dark and creates an unpleasant atmosphere. The entrance to the building is through a long, narrow and rather untidy passageway with a smell of garbage. There was no hot water in the bathroom when we arrived. We had to communicate with the staff, who came to check the problem over the course of two days, and the boiler was only fixed on our last day. Another inconvenience was the check-in process. Although we booked the apartment through Booking.com, we were required to complete a complicated registration process through an external website, including scanning our passports and taking selfie photos

    Ansprechende Unterkunft im wirklichen schönen Innenstadtkern

    Zentral , toller Hotspot um in Mailand direkt ins städtische Leben einzutauchen!

    Massive Türen unter Verschluss - schlechtes rein -rauskommen vom Haustürbereich ins Apartement. Klimaanlage(n) im direkten Abluftstrom der geöffneten Fenster - somit nicht möglich ohne Klimatisierung zu schlafen . Dürftige Ausstattung ( Schlafcouch) . Im Küchenbereich leider nur das allernötigste. Bei Anmeldung von 4 Pers. Sollte es normal sein , dass die Betten auch bei Ankunft gemacht sind. Keine Möglichkeit um draußen zu sitzen /essen unter freiem Himmel leider nicht möglich.
