    Close to public transport, easy to communicate with staff.

    Close to merto station Good communication with very friendly staff

    Not so good quality of bed and sofa bed plus really hard pillows made the nights not so comfortable. When apartment got stuffy and window opened it was really noisy. Could improve on some kitchen equipment but it was ok for us as only made a cup of tea in the morning and ate in the city at all times.

    Lovely spacious apartment. Everything was very clean and modern. Bed was comfy and the sofa bed was made up and ready (there was 3 of us) fully equipped kitchen. Getting into the apartment is pretty straight forward. The apartment is on the 3rd floor but there is a small modern lift. There's a shop round the corner, metro is close by. 30min walk to milano central or 15-20mins to Garibaldi station. Duomo is about a 15-20 min walk. Plenty of Restaurants dotted around nearby too.

    The plug sockets in the bedroom are different to the rest of the apartment, I couldn't plug anything into them, not even the supplied hairdryer with a EU plug would fit.

    Great

    Everything was great! The location was excellent, the place was very clean, and it had everything we needed during our stay. We especially appreciated having the baby cot already set up when we arrived. Everything was perfect, and we had a wonderful stay!

    We couldn’t find anyone we could contact quickly by phone when we needed assistance. We had to check out and used the app to complete the check-out process, but the electronic key disappeared immediately afterward. As a result, we no longer had a way to lock the door when leaving. This was quite inconvenient and stressful, especially when we needed to leave promptly.
