  Great location—just a little more and it would be perfect

  The location was perfect, and the space was more than enough for our family. We had a wonderful stay in Barcelona and created many special memories during our trip. Thank you very much for your hospitality. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly recommend this place to others.

  There were unfortunately several disappointing issues during our stay. • There was a very strong sewage smell coming from the shower room, and it bothered us from the very first day. On the first night, it was unbearable and I could not sleep in the bedroom, so I had to sleep on the sofa. 😢 • The sink in the shower room was broken and the water would not drain properly. Every time we used it, the water overflowed. 😢 • One of the lights in the shower room was broken and kept flickering on and off. • The bedside reading light in the bedroom had faulty wiring and could not be used. 😢 • The balcony window lock was broken and could not be properly closed. It felt very unsafe, and every time we slept or went out, we had to lower the shutters manually, which was very inconvenient. • The safe was broken. (→ This has now been repaired.) • The sofa on the balcony was very dirty, with food crumbs and hair on it. We had to clean it ourselves before we could use it. • The closet door hinge was broken and sticking out dangerously. I almost injured myself after hitting my head on it. • The old air conditioner in the living room was unreliable and sometimes worked, sometimes did not. • The screws on the small shelf in the shower room were loose, causing it to tilt sideways, and soap and shampoo kept falling off repeatedly. • The shower hook was broken, which was very inconvenient. I sincerely hope these issues can be improved for future guests.
