  אל תתקרבו לעולם!

  כלום עוקץ מוחלט

  רשמתי את הדעה שאנחנו מגיעים לצ׳ק אין זה היה לפנות בוקר הבן אדם לא הגיע היינו בלי אינטרנט ביקשנו שיחה מאנשים ברחוב והטלפון בכלל לא מחובר יום לפני שלחו לי הודעה שבמקום צ׳ק אין שביקשתי ב2 בלילה יהיה צ׳ק אין ב4:00 וגם בשעה הזאת לא הגיעו צלצלנו בפעמון אין מענה כל הלילה היינו בחוץ כמו כלבים בבוקר ישבנו בבית קפה עם אינטרנט וראינו הודעה שהוא מבקש בכלל לעשות צ׳ק אין באתר ושהוא רוצה צילום של כרטיס אשראי! פה הבנו שזה מסריח בנוסף ביקש תשלום של מס עירוני באשראי ואין לנו יכולת באשראי אז ביקשנו לשלם מזומן והוא טוען שצריך להגיע למשרדים במקום אחר מהדירה ושלא יכול לקבל את זה בכניסה לדירה אז אמרנו בסדר ואז טוען שאין דבר כזה לשלם במזומן בקיצור שלח אותנו טיול ונעלם עם הכסף שלנו ועשינו צ׳ק אין בטלפון עד שהגיע צ׳ק אין נוסף עם בקשה לצילום אשראי בלי זה אי אפשר להמשיך

  Visually, it’s a very nice apartment, but maintenance (hot water, bathroom moisture) and cleanliness urgently need to be

  Interior & Amenities: The apartment is very beautifully and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils. Extras: Towels, slippers, soap, and shower gel were kindly provided. There are also two TVs available (though they are not Smart TVs).

  Location & Noise: The entrance through the inner courtyard feels a bit sketchy. Since the apartment is on the ground floor, it is very noisy; you can clearly hear the street traffic (cars/motorcycles), people talking outside, and a dog barking in the courtyard quite frequently. Cleanliness: There is definitely room for improvement here. the apartment could have been cleaner. Bathroom issues: The shower was a major disappointment as there was no hot water at all (and no, we didn't use it all up beforehand). Additionally, the bathroom has a moisture problem: the wooden floor already feels rotten/ waterlogged in places, and the door seal at the bottom is falling off.

  Mal comienzo pero buen apartamento

  Estaba muy limpio y con buena ubicación

  Llegamos tarde por un retraso en el vuelo y el check-in no pudimos hacerlo con las indicaciones de Sweett-Porta Romana. Nos tuvo que ayudar a entrar una vecina después de un rato en la puerta esperando.

  Nothing, only location.

  Well, first bad review. Location is good. But place is a mess, totally filthy and not clean at all. Bed is terrible. In wc floors are rotten:) and ofc ball of hairs, not ours!
