Sehr geehrtes Booking.com-Team, ich möchte mich über unseren sehr schlechten ersten Tag bei der Unterkunft beschweren. Unser Check-in war eigentlich um 16:00 Uhr. Ich hatte am Morgen telefonisch gefragt, ob wir die Schlüssel bereits um 14:00 Uhr bekommen können, und mir wurde dies bestätigt. Wir kamen deshalb gegen 13:45 Uhr zum Büro. Dort wurde uns plötzlich gesagt, dass wir noch 30 € Touristengebühr bezahlen müssen. Außerdem wurde behauptet, wir hätten nicht den vollständigen Betrag bezahlt. Laut Buchung kostete die Unterkunft 494 €, gleichzeitig wurden über Booking.com 546 € von meinem Konto abgebucht. Ich wollte den Zahlungsnachweis zeigen, aber niemand wollte ihn sich ansehen. Uns wurde sogar gesagt, dass entweder die Schlüssel zurückgegeben werden müssen oder die Polizei gerufen wird. Nachdem wir die 30 € bezahlt und die Schlüssel bekommen hatten, fuhren wir zur Unterkunft. Dort stellten wir nach etwa 30 Minuten fest, dass ein Schlüssel fehlte. Nach mehreren Anrufen wurde uns schließlich mitgeteilt, dass der Schlüssel von der Unterkunft verloren wurde. Danach mussten wir warten, bis uns die Daten für eine andere Unterkunft geschickt wurden, und dorthin fahren. Wir waren nach der Anreise müde und hatten Hunger. Unser erster Tag war dadurch sehr stressig und wir fühlten uns vom Personal sehr schlecht und respektlos behandelt. Erst später wurde festgestellt, dass wir mit unserer Darstellung recht hatten und der Fehler bei der Unterkunft lag. Ich bitte Booking.com, den Vorfall zu prüfen und uns aufgrund dieser erheblichen Unannehmlichkeiten eine angemessene Entschädigung anzubieten. Mit freundlichen Grüßen
