Best experiense of stay, helpful staff and clean room, also good breakfast, worth the price.
Very good location which ia about 10 min walk to train station，also close to cable car station and other major locations. Good view if you choose Matterhorn view room.

A truly unique hotel with wonderful staff!
This hotel is so beautifully designed; the mixture of wood and paint has been carefully thought through and the rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious. Unfortunately there was low cloud on our visit so we were unable to see the Matterhorn from our room, but on a clear day, it would be fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially as all the guests were delayed due to a fire near the local train station which meant bus and taxi replacements; not ideal in the dark and rain! The breakfast was fantastic with so much choice.
The hotel does not offer dinner which is real shame as the dining area is lovely. As all the new guests on that night were all delayed, it would have been wonderful if we could have eaten at the hotel as the only option which was still open in the town was a pizza.
