Overall, the experience was quite positive, and I would stay there again… especially if I had a car.
Staff members went above and beyond to provide guests with a pleasurable experience. The breakfast selection was fresh, good quality and provided a little something for everyone. The Gipfel rolls were exceptional! 💜 Laundry service was very helpful. The bed was remarkably comfortable and a pleasant addition to the travel experience.
The shower stall was frustratingly small and noisy with very poor drainage. The drainage issue was somewhat improved, with the second repair attempt… Thankful to find, and use, the fan tower in the room, as the room was hot throughout the night, even with opened windows. The structure is charming and with the age comes creaky noises throughout the night. Takes a few nights to adjust to. Taxi service back up the hill to the train stop should be improved.

Schönes Hotel am Vierwaldstätter See
Ein sehr schönes, "ritterliches" Hotel. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer sehr groß, im Stil des Hotels geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Doppelbett ein Riesentraum ( 2 m x 2 m ?) Und das Bad sehr modern und ziemlich neu, alles sehr sauber.Das Frühstück sehr umfangreich, es hat nichts gefehlt. Leider auf der Durchreise nur für eine Nacht.
Alles war perfekt.
