  I read the previous reviews before we arrived, of course, and I will share our experience and what I had read. ​If To be fair and honest - I don't think anyone can wriite anything negative about this place or about the facilities is offers !!!! It's a new property with everything you need. A fully equipped kitchen with all necessary cookware, a small and comfortable yard, a good shower with excellent water pressure, and everything required for a very comfortable stay. The location is a short drive from shops, supermarkets, etc. I don't think any honest person could write otherwise!! ​Just a small note: Two days before our arrival, I received an email stating a strict ban on hosting friends at the property—which could lead to fines, forfeiture of the deposit, and other "penalties." This of course, aligned with what previous guests had mentioned in their reviews. We had a couple of friends staying elsewhere in the city, and we avoided inviting them even for a cup of coffee. Every owner of a hotel, hostel, or apartment has the right to set the rules for their property! The only issue is when this is communicated. If it is provided as upfront information during the booking process, no one has the right to complain. If it is explicitly written there and you booked anyway, there is no reason for complaints or for hosting people contrary to the stated rules. If it wasn't stated in advance and was only sent as a message two days prior, that is something that should be improved. ​finaly and summary: Overall, we were a family (a couple and three children) and stayed for 5 nights. We lacked nothing, everything was truly excellent, and to the test of "would we return here again"—the answer is definitely YES!!. In my opinion, that says it all!! Great location, excellent facilities, comfort, and everything you need!

  Apartman je cisty, moderni, velmi prijemne je moznost posezeni na terase. Mala pripominka, bylo by dobre doplnit hrnicky na caj a kavu. Jinak vse bylo na jednicku. Dekujeme
