    The sliding door to the bathroom/toilet was so heavy to push. I also requested for an extra bed, which during check-in, the receptionist told me it was already added in the room. When we entered the room, the extra bed was not there and it was already 2am... we had to wait for the bed to be sent to our room. I also requested breakfast for 3 days which i told the receptionist which she said ok. On the 3rd day of breakfast, the restaurant said they didnt have record of my breakfast... i told them i already told the hotel receptionist...subsequently i just told restaurant to charge it to my room deposit. When i checked out, the restaurant charged me more than what the hotel charged me for breakfast... End up i paid more...
