    Superb views, good location and value for money, great contact with a helpfull host

    Contact with the host, free upgrade to a room with a better view (great one!), managed to find a parking spot (host helped nicely here), but during the high season it may be a challenge, short walk to the bay & promenade. Complimentary water in the fridge was a nice surprise.

    in high season parking would be difficult, also not super safe for kids (no barriers upstairs on the external stair case), luckily we were without kids this time ;), but I'm sure the host will fix it soon. Also a big hotel next door is shut down and looks kind of creepy, it's due to be refurbished before 2028, but this may cause some disturbance.

    La proprietaria, persona davvero squisita, ci ha fatto l’upgrade gratuito fornendoci una stanza con vista mare strepitosa

    Ci sono un po’ tante scale ma vale davvero la pena salirle!
