  Disappointing

  Nothing :(

  Very disappointing stay. The property had a strong unpleasant smell, cheap towels and linen that made me itchy, a broken couch, and a balcony that felt unsafe to use. There was barely any cutlery, and the neighbourhood was extremely loud. Overall, poorly maintained and not a comfortable stay.

  The apartment was new, clean, and in a great location, with plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance.

  We experienced a power outage overnight, and the electricity was not restored until 11:00 AM the following day. The owner blamed me for causing the outage, claiming it happened because I had plugged something into a power outlet. I was also told that if the power goes out again, I would be responsible for paying the electrician's call-out fee. I find this explanation unreasonable. The charger I used is working perfectly and I am still using it without any issues. There is no evidence that it caused the power outage

  A decent property marred by terrible communication by the host.

  Apartment was like the photos and cleaning had been very good.

  We had the worst experience here of any short term rental. We flew up that morning from Hobart to Sydney to attend a family funeral scheduled for 3pm. The property advertised early check-in available so we asked for 2pm instead of 3pm and he agreed. Just after 1.30pm we texted to say we were only a few km away - no reply. On reaching the property we sent numerous messages and phone calls - no reply and phone calls went through to voice mail. We found an email had arrived while we were flying that requested a photo of my licence. We sent that and also no reply. We tried repeated messages, phone calls and WhatsApp to the phone number provided to gain access. After almost an hour after our first message we got pdf instructions that were difficult to read on a phone. I rang yet again and finally he picked up. We got hold of the key but through trial and error found the entrance to the underground carpark was a different building to the apartment. The whole experience was needlessly stressful. It took well over an hour. We ended up being upset and late for a funeral of a close family member.

  Beautiful clean and ready to use apartment, exactly like the photos and description!

  It was exactly as the photos, clean, bright, beautifully scented. We had everything we needed from supplies to appliances. The host was always reachable and ready to help. The check in instructions were easy to follow and well illustrated. Having a secured parking in the basement was a big plus. Overall, it was a cozy, big enough 1 bedroom apartment full of light and comfort. Highly recommended.
