Loved our stay and hope to be back some day .
The couple who owned the guest house were friendly and very accommodating to visitors needs. An added bonus to the immaculate room was a small kitchen with sink, kettle, microwave and fridge for guests to use use if wanted. Good choices for breakfast and very generous portions so you won't starve here ! Located in a lovely village and property also doubled up as village shop.
On street parking only with limited spaces although small public car park a few minutes walk away. Old stone spiral staircase a short flight up to guest bedrooms. This might cause a difficulty to some elderly or infirm people.

We had a lovely 4 day break in this historic house with a wonderful host. We would happily stay there again.
The property was full of history with a delightful spiral staircase to the bedrooms. Our room looked out over the church and we we able to park opposite off the road. Helen was a delightful host who was very friendly and full of useful information. The property is walking distance of three restaurants/pubs and we ate in all of them. The breakfasts at the property were excellent.
Minor dislikes. We would have preferred a walk in shower rather than a bath although getting into the bath wasn’t too hard
