    Tolle Wohnung

    Die Maisonette Wohnung ist hell, gemütlich und modern ausgestattet. Ebenso ist die Küchenzeile alles Nötige in sehr gutem Zustand vorhanden. Die Betten waren bequem und die Bäder modern und funktionell ausgestattet. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Drei Bäcker für die morgendlichen Brötchen in kurzer Fußlaufweite, ebenso wie der Strand und die Einkaufsmeile. Insgesamt eine fabelhafte Wohnung, die wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden.

    Hochwertige moderne Ausstattung mit Einbau und Designermöbeln, Fussbodenheizung und Badheizkörpern. Geräumige Duschen, schöner Esstisch, zwei Balkone, Aufzug. Nettes Kaffee direkt nebenan, Fussgängerzone fussläufig. Top Velux fenster in allen Räumen zum lüften und Jalousien gegen Sonne und Einblick. Alles perfekt

    Immobilienmakler gegenüber lässt auch Nachts volle Innebeleuchtung brennen, was nicht nur umwelttechnisch verwerflich ist, sondern auch den Wohnraum nachts mit anleuchtet, die Schlafzimmer im oberrn Geschoss sind aber davon nicht betroffen und der Vermieter der Appartments hat keinen Einfluss darauf
