Great location, and facilities were more than adequate for what we required for our short 2 night stay.
Location was great, within walking distance of all the key spots. The picture of the arena is taken from the front windows - view is exactly as shown.
We arrived at 8pm having travelled by ferry from Venice. It would have been so much easier checking in and finding our room if there had been someone there to assist, rather than several messages to and from. The main bedroom isn’t air-conditioned and it was warm.

Appartamento in pieno centro, con vista sull'Arena e adiacente all'area pedonale del centro di Pola. Pulitissimo, arredato con stile e cura. Dotato di tutti i comfort. Abbiamo passato una sola notte di passaggio, ma l'appartamento e la città di Pola valgono una visita per più giorni. Ci ritorneremo!
Sinceramente non ho trovato nulla di negativo.

Magical place in an awesome location
The location was awesome, there was a mixup in getting keys and access to the building, but the host went out of his way to make it right. You can't beat the location, and everything in the apartment was modern and amazing. The host made reservations for us at an amazing restaurant when we arrive, it was awesome
There was some confusion around the keys and we got instructions a little late in terms of getting access, but everything was made right in the end.
