    These comments are intended to help improve your service. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with our stay. There was a persistent unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. Even when we kept the windows and the door open, the smell never completely disappeared. The smell was so unpleasant that we even had difficulty sleeping at night because of it. Because of this, we decided to spend more time on the balcony. However, the bathroom window of the neighbouring studio opens directly onto our balcony, which was very unpleasant because of the smells and noises coming from our neighbours’ bathroom. The bed was also very uncomfortable, and there were stains on the bed base. We travelled thousands of kilometres hoping to enjoy a wonderful holiday, but unfortunately, our stay did not turn out as we had imagined. The one very positive point was the lady who cleaned the rooms. She was extremely kind, friendly, and genuinely lovely. We really appreciated her.
