Enttäuschender Zustand der Wohnung. Schade!
Die Wohnung hat eigentlich Potenzial, das leider nicht genutzt wird und sie sieht nicht mehr so aus wie auf den Bildern bei Booking.
Die Wohnung ist runtergekommen und hat dringenden Renovierungsbedarf: Farbe blättert von der Wand ab, Handtuchhaken aus der Wand gerissen, Stühle wackelig, weil Schrauben locker oder fehlen, Duschstange locker, Toilettendeckel fehlt, einige Kissen fehlen bei Lounge-Möbeln auf der Terrasse, schmutziges Treppenhaus. Leider gibt es keinen Kleiderschrank. Die Zimmer zur Straße sind ziemlich laut. Das betrifft auch das obere Schlafzimmer. Die Matratzen sind ziemlich durchgelegen. Man hat den Eindruck, dass die Wohnung mit wenig Aufwand möglichst viel Geld einbringen soll. Schlechtes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis Nicht empfehlenswert

Un appartement sympa mais mal entretenu
Le logement est calme, la terrasse est très sympa, et l'air conditionné est appréciable en été. Et on est sur une ligne de bus, idéal pour aller visiter Vienne.
Le barbecue n'avait pas été nettoyé, il restait de la viande collée dessus. Il y a des marques sur les murs de l'entrée, de la chambre et du salon. Il manquait des poignées de porte pour le toilette et la salle de bain. Le canapé était sale. Il n'y a pas d'endroit ou ranger les coussins de terrasse à l'abri du vent et de la pluie. 2 des chaises de la salle à manger étaient cassées ou fragiles. On a envoyé un message au propriétaire qui ne nous a jamais répondu.
