Es war alles sehr sauber und die Kommunikation super schnell. Am Abreisetag dürften wir sogar kostenlos unseres Gepäck bis 18 Uhr im Gepäckaufbewahrung-Zimmer lassen. Bus Nr.1 Richtung Harvard nur 1 Minute von der Unterkunft entfernt. Supermarket ein paar Meter, genau so wie Restaurants & to-go Laden. Prudential ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar genauso wie U-Bahn. Fenway Park ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß.
Es war O.K., daher nur gut zu wissen, dass in unserer Suite der Schlafzimmer direkt hinter der "Wohnungstür" war.

Great facilities in this apartment, but some services could be improved.
Great location in the back bay / Fenway area with good restaurants at walking distance and a whole foods supermarket and CVS pharmacy around the corner. The apartment is well secured with keycode entry and very quiet with excellent soundproofing and only 2 apartments on each floor. Kitchen is well maintained and has an induction stove, oven, microwave, full sized fridge and cooking equipment. Laundry has commercial size washer and dryer. Bathroom is well stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash and hairdryer. There is a cleaner that comes every 3 days to change the towels and throw out the trash.
We didn’t use the dishwasher as no pods were provided despite messaging the property about this on our first day . Laundry detergent near the laundry was empty. Bedsheet was stained and never changed through our 16 day stay. Would have liked more plates, pans and cutlery provided. No cleaning cloths to wipe down the kitchen area and table tops and a towel to dry the dishes. Front door is really tight and needs a really firm push to open it which may be a problem for some people.
