Avoid- very rude staff
The location is good
Rude staff! On morning of checkout there was no water at all so we couldn’t use the bathrooms or shower, we told them and they confirmed they’re doing a tank clean. We said ok we can wait a little, the water only came on around the checkout time. The cleaner turned up and said we should leave, we then told the staff they need to give us time to use bathrooms and shower and get ready and they kept pressuring us to leave and sending multiple abrupt messages “you need to leave now” “she needs to clean!” “We have other guests checking in” etc.. we were shocked at their behaviour!! The second single room is also awful, smaller in reality and it’s facing a corridor where you keep hearing noise and can’t sleep properly. The light in the main room not working properly Bathroom doesn’t have a window and the ventilation is poor Avoid!

Appartement très confortable, bien équipé, propre, proche du centre. J'y reviendrai volontiers. Prévenir qu'il y a des marches à l'entrée de l'appartement pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.
La conciergerie à qui vous pouvez poser des questions auxquelles ne répond qu'un système informatique. J'ai demandé 3 jours avant mon arrivée si je pouvais arriver à 12h et toujours le même message informatique pas d'humain sauf pour remettre les clés par une personne qui parle à peine espagnol mais anglais.
