    Modern and spacious apartment, comfortable for a family of 4 or group of friends

    - Very spacious apartment, suitable for a family or group of friends. The 2 bedrooms are very well divided by the kitchen island and living room in the middle so there's a lot of privacy. - The 2 bathrooms, each with its shower, sink and toilet are a big bonus. - Elevator (helps with kids and luggage) - stairs are also OK and safe. - Good central ventilation system, heats up or cools the room quite effectively. - Storage is sufficient. - There's a lot of light and windows for ventilation. - The location is perfect for someone who wants to enjoy the centre of Athens and the Acropolis and it's super close to the Syntagma metro station (2 metro lines), tram and various buses. - The hosts are responsive and reachable through the messaging App or mobile phone.

    - There are no washing appliances (for dishes or clothes), so prepare yourself for some handwashing. For a week long stay, not having the option to machine-wash clothes at the property was a bit of a hassle. - It can get a little noisy at night because the building is old, there isn't much noise insulation between floors and you may hear footsteps from the 3rd floor above as if they're in the same room as you. - The street is central and close to a number of restaurants and bars, so you will likely hear the sanitary service that empties glass containers either early in the morning or late at night.

    It was spacious, nice having 2 bathrooms for 2 couples. Location of property for sightseeing Athens was very good.

    Need a bit more instructions regarding location of water heater breakers. Would have been nice to have some coffee for guests, especially if it’s only one night.
