    Extremely disappointing

    Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience during our stay. After making the reservation and having the payment charged, I received a message saying that check-in was only possible until 8:00 PM. Since we were going to arrive around 10:00 PM, I immediately asked to cancel the reservation free of charge. The request was refused, and we were told that late check-in until 10:00 PM was possible for an additional €10. As a result, we had to find cash to avoid losing the money we had already paid. However, there was actually no additional late check-in service provided by the host — it was simply a self check-in. Nobody was waiting for us or showed us around the property. We booked the accommodation for three adults. Only one double bed was prepared, and we had to find the bedding for the third person ourselves in a storage room. There were only two very small towels for three people. There was not even any tea or coffee in the accommodation. The soundproofing was very poor. The apartment was also not sufficiently clean: the floor was dirty and there were cobwebs between the bedside tables. Overall, it is unclear what the additional €10 charge was actually for, as we did not receive any additional service for the late check-in. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone planning a late arrival or expecting a reasonable level of cleanliness and proper preparation of the accommodation for the number of guests booked.
