Great stay overall
Rooms as described and pictured online, room service everyday (if you wanted it) and always done meticulously, very comfortable mattress, air conditioner worked well and I’m glad this had an adjustable temperature setting, shower was very spacious, lots of storage space and walking space in the room itself. The hotel had very sizable and clean swimming pools that were open for a long period of time (6 am - 10 pm) and gym was simple but everything you need. The hotel also has a coin laundry (very cheap at 150,000 VND for both washing and drying) which was very efficient and kept clothes clean and dry. Staff were friendly and the security guard out the front always had the biggest smile! Location was great - close to a university so heaps of cheap food options and a GS25 convenience store around the corner. There is a wonderful spa next door, Ayen Spa & Healing that I would highly recommend! Professionalism from the minute you walk in to when you leave.
The beds are stocked with two pillows per person but they weren’t very comfortable - they were very flat as well as fat at the same time (it was very strange). It would’ve been better if it was just one pillow that was comfortable but at the same time, everyone has their own pillow preferences so I can understand the provision of two. The bathrooms don’t have an exhaust fan for odors or steam to escape.
