La tranquillité. S'il y avait pas les travaux
L'appartement l'équipement. Pas loin de la plage. Pas loin du shopping GUIA. Beaucoup restaurant à côté.. un barbecue familial. Très sympa.. la piscine est très grand. Jardin très entretenu. La tranquillité
Les travaux au niveau de ravalement plus peinture (Les ouvriers qui chantaient devant la fenêtre à 8h30 du matin). Booking devrait être informer de la situation des travaux pour avertir les clients. L'appartement ne valait pas à ce prix là. Si je savais j'allais pas louer cette année-là 2024. L'année prochaine normalement il y aura pas de travaux, ça va être beaucoup mieux c'est les seules choses inconvénients qui m'a dérangé ainsi les places de parking que la télécommande ne fonctionnait pas. Et pourtant c'était inclus dans la réservation.. la cuisine trop petit.. Dans la chambre des parents au plafond elle avait un fil électrique qui pendouille.
