    Accommodation that spoiled the holiday

The place was located just beside Setia City Mall and there is a connected link way. The check in process was seamless as we could collect our keys easily.

    1. Safety: The windows are faulty/insecure. The place is on the 13th floor. The window is just beside the bed and it could not be closed. It is unsafe especially for families with children. 2.Privacy/Security: The bedroom door cannot be closed. 3.Hygiene/Comfort: The toilet bowl seat is detached and unusable. 4.Misrepresentation: No power points in the rooms, which was not stated in the description. The only power points available are at the back of the TV and for the fridge. Due to these, we only stayed for 1 night instead of 3. We gave feedback to the owner and there is no updates regarding this matter.
