    All good, besides we didn’t receive instructions on how to access the apartment

    Nice apartment, located in a cozy area (choose it if you have a car), beautiful window view on the lake and mountains. It has good facilities: coffee machine, toaster, sandwiches maker, etc.

    The host did not contact me before arrival and did not provide any check in instructions. There was no one when I arrived. I called to the host, she didn’t reply to my calls. Without wi fi I even couldn’t message her on WhatsApp. I should move to another place, find wi fi and message the host on WhatsApp to get instructions. I highly recommend the host to message guests and provide clear instructions on how to access the apartment. Another wish to improve is to provide a bit more basic things like toilet paper, garbage bags, etc.
