Nice villa, disappointed with hosts lack of detail with regards ongoing work.

    Dominika was very accommodating

There was construction work being undertaken at next door property with machinery and equipment being used from 8am to 4pm each day. Whilst I accept the hosts cannot do anything about this, they knew it was taking place and did not forewarn us. Had we known, we would have sought alternative accommodation.

Host was excellent but facilities could be better

Dominika at Welcome Tenerife was excellent and resolved any problems with professionalism and utmost efficiency. She was very friendly and polite at all times and always available no matter what time of day!

Unfortunately the building site next door caused noise and dust and there was no dustpan or mop to sweep it up. No net to clean the pool - this would have been a good addition. Could have done with more crockery and cutlery but otherwise fine.
