    Wonderful family friendly accom with lots of playgrounds!

    We stayed in one of the newly refurbished two bedroom units right by the large inflatable jump pad - the location was perfect for our young family. The kids could play while we relaxed! Our fam loved the mini golf and school holiday activities. Our unit was well equipped, modern and very comfortable. Only recommendation would be a shade umbrella for the outdoor patio. The gardens around the whole facility were very well maintained and the manuka blossom and Kowhai were stunning when we visited in October.

    The staff at reception gave my husband a strange reception when we arrived and they actually made him pay again, even though we had paid back in May via Booking,com. During our stay I had to go and sort this out and get refunded - the other receptionist was helpful and apologetic and did acknowledge that it shouldn't have happened.

    Bed was a bit soft for my taste, but that's individual.
