- plná penze v kantýně v ceně ubytování - krásný a prostorný pokoj - moderně laděné interiéry z přírodních materiálů - velký balkon, výhled na vodní plochu
- hluk z letiště - občas jsou potřeba špunty do uší - personál absolutně nemluví anglicky, ale to je v číně standard - celkem daleko od metra

Nice hotel and staff - disappointing pick up
Modern hotel close to airport! Staff were very helpful. Very clean with good breakfast.
We had arranged pick up from the airport with the hotel and waited for an hour ! No contact from the hotel. We had to get help from someone at the airport who rang the hotel for us and they said to get a taxi & they would refund the fare when we got to the hotel - which they did. We discovered that the pick up driver was not working that day! A message from the hotel advising us of this & that they would refund taxi fare would have saved us some stress and a long wait! This is the only reason for the less than 10 score.

Something different close Shenzen Bao Airport
Wonderful staff. Not all fluent in English but Google translate made comms a breeze Looking out on the wee lake Only a handful of tourists staying Dinner and. Breakfast included Airport transfer service although a taxi from the airport was only 25 yuan
We're old, so would we would have liked an elevated seat in the room?
