Logement bien équipé, bien placé avec des places de stationnement gratuites à proximité et hôte très serviable.
Odeur d'égout dans l'appartement, balcon enclavé au milieu d'immeubles, salle de bains vieillote. Prix trop élevé par rapport à la prestation.

Appartement idéalement situé
Le logement est spacieux pour deux. Il est décoré avec beaucoup de goût avec les créations de Mabel. Il est idéalement situé à 5 minutes de la plage, de la promenade du bord de mer. Des supermarchés, 2 boulangeries et tous les commerces sont à proximité. On peut se garer gratuitement dans la rue même si quelques fois il faut s'éloigner un peu. Je recommande ce logement à 100% pour profiter de Port de Pollença et de la gentillesse de Mabel.
Il manquait un rideau occultant dans la salle mais il doit être remplacé prochainement.

Small and cozy apartment
Small, but cozy apartment with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The house is located just two blocks from beautiful promenade and in the low season there were plenty of parking spaces on the same street and in the larger parking lot few minutes away on foot. We used A/C as a heater in December, which was not always functioning properly and there was no A/C in the bedroom.
The walls are very thin, so you can hear the neighbours quite well. While the next-door neighbours were not much of a problem, the neighbours upstairs were annoying and one night kept us awake until 3 a.m.

Fantastische locatie om Port de Pollença te bezoeken of om er te verblijven, ideaal gelegen en een heel fijne gezellige
De eigenares heeft gewoonweg alles voorzien, van strandlakens tot een kleine koelbox om mee te nemen naar het strand dat zeer dichtbij gelegen is.
Niet van toepassing. Gewoon tip top in orde
