    Convenient location nice hotel with reasonable price

    It is conveniently located across from "XiMen" night market. The price was reasonable. The room is clean, but the carpet needs a deep clean. The bathroom provides shampoo and conditioner; the shower pressure is strong. The air conditioning works well in our room. The beds are small and comfortable for a one-night stay. Breakfast was excellent. They provide Western- and Chinese-style breakfast with many choices.

    Good location ie close to shops, eating places etc. Close to near Exits X5 and X6 of Ximen MRT metro mall. We were misinformed to use Exit 6 opposite H&M. Room size is ok. Staff are friendly and helpful.

    Loud plumbing noise issues. The doors and walls are also not very sound proof.

    Location

    The staff were friendly, but our hotel room was filthy. Previous guests hair was left on the bath mat. Couple of cleaning scrubs were left on the shower floor which I had to report to concierge (for housekeeping to come pick them up). The carpet was dirty throughout and there were stains on the wall - completely unacceptable and highly disappointed.
