The Taj experience is always of high standard. The live music in the lobby and the staff politeness.

They didn't have any quiet work locations/rooms to be able to take a work call etc.

I already wrote enough I believe

Toilets are broken not clean made a big mistake of booking this hotel shame for Taj brand ? Shower heads are rusted, no tissue paper in the toilets? Totally management problem becomes maintenance problem and we are victim to our money can take 2 to star?

I don’t want to waste my time to become their free consultant
